Policies & Procedures

  • Masks must always be worn in the spa. A mask will be provided when you arrive. If you would like to use a personal cloth mask, please make sure it is washed before arriving. It is always important to wear the mask unless instructed to remove for facial treatment, the service provider will also be wearing a mask and face shield (if needed). This is for the safety of everyone.

  • Please wait in your vehicle upon arrival. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment please knock on the door and then wait in your vehicle someone will be with you shortly.


  • Hand washing and sanitizer will be mandatory. Please use hand sanitizer provided upon entering the spa, after washing your hands, and when checking out. Please follow proper hand washing protocol posted at hand washing stations.

  • Online booking is now available. All Services are available for online booking. If the service you would like to book is not available please call the spa (226) 453-7378 or message us directly. You must have an appointment to enter the spa.

  • All clients must complete the COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire prior to their appointment. You will be screened upoon entry, if there is any issues or questions please let us know at time of booking.


  • Our Updated Cancellation Policy. We do require 8 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment there will be no charge. If you do not show for an appointment, we will charge 50% of the service fee. Due to new cleaning protocols if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will not be able to accommodate the full service, a charge of 50% will be applied to your account.

  • All surfaces are cleaned thoroughly between clients and at the end of the day using medical grade disinfectant. We follow strict disinfectant protocol put in place by our Public Health Unit.
